Responsibilities
Lead and manage to successfully deliver the assigned project.
Support business development team on proposal creation, requirement collection & analysis.
Responsible for the collaborative work of the development, testing and operation teams to ensure the overall development progress of the system;
Responsible for organizing project regular meetings, controlling project progress and quality, timely analyzing and solving various problems in the project process;
Forecast and assess project risks, develop targeted response measures and monitor them regularly to reduce risk impact.
Ensure full understanding of project scope to be able to design detailed project plans.
Manage the execution and completion of the defined project plan by effectively coordinating people and resources.
Monitor and highlight any project variables (cost, effort, scope, etc.) against the project plan and make suggestions to implement corrective or preventative actions.
If required, support any changes for the respective project and ensure changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits.
Finalize all activities across the projects/programs to formally close and hand over the project, ensuring project documents are approved, completed, maintained and stored appropriately.

Requirements
Four-year university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive work experience in in software development, systems administration, or other technical development
Pro-active (engaging & impact-oriented) mindset, ability to think end-to-end
Business mindset: very good numerical and analytical skills
Good communication (both written and verbal) and facilitation skills (small and large groups), especially when interacting with different levels of business
Fluent English (verbal and written),
Demonstrated Ability to summarize and present complex issues to a variety of audiences: technical, non-technical and executive personnel
Ability to work within existing processes, but able to understand and define where new, different or abridged processes should be used
