The Manager reports to Senior Marketing and PR Manager under Kerry On, KerryOn, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kerry Properties. KerryOn manages marketing services, content curation, data infrastructure and insight generation for Kerry Properties’ mixed-use developments in China.

What You’ll Do

The Mall Marketing &PR manager will be responsible of executing mall marketing event & PR strategy and executional plan. See through execution and make sure execution is up to a high standard and meet goals, objectives and KPIs.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

？ Work with mall marketing & PR team on design actionable execution plan and be accountable for marketing event & PR success

？ Actively networking and bring relevant external resources to enrich customers’ experiences

？ Actively manage different agencies and vendors to make sure projects can be complete on time and with good quality

？ Understand CRM principles and work together with CRM team on member acquisition, retention and experience optimization

？ Understand Data driven decision-making process and drive team performance through data insights generation;

？ Manage budget (both on cost and revenue)

？ Manage a high-performance mall marketing event & PR team

？ Work together with marketing tenant relationship and retail management team to drive key tenants’ sales performance

？ Work closely with office and hotel team on experience integration

Who You’ll Work With

You work closely with CRM, Data, Customer Insights, Retail Management team and GMs of each shopping centers.

You are expected to be customer oriented, data-driven, and has entrepreneurial spirit. She/he needs to be strategic and has a success track-record of managing teams to meet goals and objectives. She/he also needs to be team player with great communication capability, has a can-do attitude to navigate the system and deliver on short timeline, respect deadline.

Your professional experiences and key competencies would include, but not limited to:

？ Track-record of successfully launch a new brand, a new project and see it through with great outcome, shopping center industry knowledge and experience is preferred

？ Very data driven and logic thinker and be able to seek opportunities in the market to develop short and long term strategies and plan to take advantage of opportunities or mitigate risks and threats

？ Passionate and great communicator, great at network

？ Active and master one kind of sports

？ Great English and Chinese communication skills

？ Customer oriented and be able to anticipate future customer trends and needs and orientates the business to meet these

？ Be able to add value to the team by understanding the current business modle and identifying what needs to be changed to deliver on value proposition

？ Be able to deal with obstacles and problem in a timely manner and work with others to generate creative and innovative solutions to deal with issues and problems that hinder performance
