We are implementing change and transforming Finance & Accounting (Finance) to be better positioned to provide professional support and leadership in finance management in the increasingly challenging and competitive markets our Company operates in.

What You’ll Do

You will collaborate and partner with the Group reporting team, Assets management team, Group tax team, colleagues in local Finance Department and other departments to implement solutions and deliver services aligned with KPL’s corporate-wide and MUD’s Finance strategy.  You will be an influencer, a hands-on practitioner who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

？ Preparer or reviewer of group reporting package;

？ Preparer or reviewer of management reports, yearly operational budget and KPL 5-year budget;

？ Management accountant to provide information for management’s decision;

？ Preparer or reviewer of accounting voucher and expense report;

？ Calculate and prepare the tax filling, including but not limited to VAT, CIT, withholding tax for contract with oversea vendors, stamp duty and etc.;

？ Assist in health check on invoice management, tax filling and etc.;

？ Communicator with other colleagues on reporting, budget, tax and etc. in both Chinese and written English;

？ Business needs identification/analysis;

？ Executor of changes, focused on shifts to ways of working, financial and internal control operational processes;

？ Propose/lead projects to deliver finance solutions;

？ Ad-hoc jobs assigned by finance manager or controller.

Who You’ll Work With

Working with Group reporting team, Assets management team, Group tax team, Financial Controller, Finance Manager, team leader in Finance Department, you will play an important role in reporting, tax and analysis.  Working with other department, other KPL group companies, auditor, government, and other external parties, you will be an ambassador of finance department or KPL for communication and cooperation.
