- Working as part of the Low Voltage Drives and Automation R&D department, motion products team
- Developing & testing PC software for Windows for industrial motion control applications
- Supporting technical requirement specification for new features
- Leverage best-practice software engineering processes, utilizing appropriate tools
- Support internal and external customers in technical challenges
- Support competence buildup in the team and whole organization

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering is preferred.
- Strong experience of developing PC software, specifically Windows desktop applications
- Experience of developing in Compiler or Semantic analysis, Grammar analysis and Virtual Machine.
- Expert in C#, C++, COM, ActiveX, MFC, Visual Studio, .Net, Silverlight
- Experience in working with version control tools, for example Git
- Good English and Chinese communication skills (in word and writing) and positive attitude
- Working experience >3 years
- Experience of working in a scrum environment / development team
- Experience with scripting language such as Python is a plus
- Experience of user interface design & development
- Knowledge of creating SW installation packages, using e.g. Install Shield
- Knowledge of cyber security requirements
- Understanding of SW testing and test automation
- Experience of industrial applications, motion drives or controllers is a plus
- International experience (work or study), or working in an international company is a plus
