Student Identity management 学籍管理

1. Responsible for the student identity consultation and inscription of new students. In accordance with the Beijing Fangshan management methods for primary and secondary school students, registering new students, uploading relevant information, and at the same time, establish and improve the electronic students’ identity records according to the requirements of higher authorities.

负责新生学籍咨询与创建。按照北京市房山区中小学生管理办法，对新生进行登记，上传相关信息，同时按照上级要求建立和完善电子学生身份记录。

2. Responsible for the student's transfer, issue a certificate of acceptance or transfer certificate to complete the relevant procedures after getting the approval of school.

在得到学校批准后，负责学生的转学，颁发录取证书或转学证书以完成相关程序。

3. Responsible for statistics, report and upload work of various departments and lines on school student/class aggregation, number of students, and do statistics and report work for the semester and school year.

负责统计、上报和上传各部门的在校学生/班级聚集情况、学生人数，并统计与上报学期和学年的工作。

4. Attend the student status meeting on time according to the requirements of the education committee, and report the meeting content to the principal and the MAC team in time

按照教育委员会的要求按时参加学生身份会议，并及时向校长和市场招生团队汇报会议内容.

5.Obtain the latest meeting notice from the education commission, and arrange relevant college to attend the meeting in time

跟进教育委员会最新会议通知，并及时安排相关学院参加会议。

6. Take the initiative to understand the enrolment policies of every districts in Beijing and obtain relevant documents in the first time

主动了解北京市各区招生政策，第一时间获取相关政策及文件。

7. Work closely with the MAC team to timely inform the parents of first-year students to log in the system to set up the status as a student

与市场招生团队密切合作，及时通知一年级学生家长登录系统，设置学生身份。

Admissions 招生工作

1.Guide parents and students through the admissions process, making the experience positive, straightforward and engaging throughout. Responsible for providing guidance on questions about student identity

在咨询过程中指导家长和学生，使他们的经历积极、明了、引人入胜。负责为学生家长提供关于学籍方面的咨询。

2.Ensure the school’s admissions processes adhere to any group policies and local market regulations.

确保学校的招生流程符合任何集团政策和当地市场法规。

3.Work with the Director of Admissions and Marketing and team to review school enrolment data, identify opportunities and risks and develop plans to unlock and mitigate.

与招生和市场营销总监与团队一起工作，分析入学数据，发现机会和风险，并制定相应的计划。
