Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

.• Focus on growing NGS business throughout the territory and to achieve or exceed the assigned sales target for each fiscal year. • Responsible for all customers throughout the territory for NGS product range. • Extensive travel throughout the territory to meet customers and distributors, in order to support their requirements for NGS product. • Self sufficient to provide proposals for NGS products to customer (distributor) base throughout the territory. • Review technical proposals prepared by the Factory and Regional Application Engineers on a project to project basis before submission to the customers (distributors) throughout the territory. • Implement defined product strategies to achieve the assigned sales and bookings plan for each fiscal year. • Submit monthly reports and forecast (format to be provided) as well as an update on sales activities, for which timely reporting is required. • Continuously develop market segments which will generate sales revenue and expand NGS customer base. • Liaise and establish a strong relationship with NGS valuable customers (distributors) throughout the territory at all levels, as well as colleagues from Dresser facilities in Kula Lumpur (Malaysia) and various USA and UK facilities. • Provide leadership and the ability to execute and implement tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above major on industirial automation At least 10 more years work experience in indutrial automation field Work experience in engineering company or design institute as design engineer is a plus At least 8 years sales experience for control valves or indutrial instruments, of which 3 years experience as a team leader Excellent english coomunication skill woth in verbal and in oral form.
