ICT Manager (CIO)
GENERAL CONTEXT
HAVECO has his Headquarters offices in Hangzhou, including Manufacturing plant and Commercial Operations and all other divisions.
JOB DESCRITPION
We are looking for a ICT Manager. The position is a 1st level manager and will report directly to CEO.
He / she will be responsible for ICT solutions implementation in HAVECO according to the shareholders guidelines and the local specifications and requirements.
Main duties:
o Collects, aggregates and promotes the locals needs, managing specific problem resolution
o Develops the budget needs in accordance with the HAVECO and parent company guide lines
o Manages projects and the local ICT resources in general (applications, systems, personal productivity tools), assuring the integration between the central and local systems
o Uses the assigned ICT budget, implementing the ICT global standards (Hardware, Software, Security, etc.),
o Facilitate the local deployment of parent company ICT solutions
o Coordinates and manages the ICT work group
o Maximizes the use of the ICT resources
o Accountable for the coordination, diffusion, application and monitoring of the security and telecommunication policy (traditional computing data lines, wireless technologies, fixed and portable telephone and video conferencing)
Main Objectives:
o ICT Economics (Capex / Opex)
o Change Management through business and ICT solutions continuous reengineering
o Customer Satisfaction control for Internal (CEO strategy, Company Top Management Business Plan) and external (Sales Network) players
o Projects management (according to the multi-year company strategy)
o Local and Central Applications/Infrastructure Management and Maintenance (in accordance with outsource strategy/organization)
o Customer requirements analysis and proactive formalization
o Coordination of suppliers and central or local teams, crisis and escalation management
o Team building.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience required
o The ideal candidate should be about 38-45 years old, with at least 10 years in ICT department in an international environment and at least 5 years on similar, managerial position
o The candidate should have proven experiences on significant SAP project implementations, mainly focused on Sales and After sales processes (successfully applied on a large and complex commercial network)
Skills:
o Economic skills in order to manage budget (running costs and capitalized costs) and business case analysis ability (cost/benefit based on Net Present Value)
o Leading change ability, team working, giving oneself commitment and responsibility, problem solving, fast moving, customer satisfaction orientation, goal achievement orientation, execution
o Project Management with a specific proven experience on SAP projects implementation for relevant and complex organizations in the industrial sector and preferable in the OEM area (including Supply Chain, Sourcing and Purchasing, Sales and Manufacturing processes). Experiences in international companies requiring interaction between local and external (headquarter) solutions, will be considered preferential
o Business Processes knowledge mainly on: Sales (configurable products management ), Marketing (large and extended commercial network), Supply Chain (material mgmt, warehouse/3PL mgmt., local/international suppliers mgmt), Administration and Manufacturing (repetitive manufacturing, Shop Floor Control, Quality control, JIT/JIS material mgmt) possibly on OEM/Industrial companies
o ICT experience and knowledge: Architectures, Software and Hardware, Packages, Office Automation, LAN, WAN, MS packages, Applications, ERPs (SAP is a plus), Security, ICT Methods and Standards
Languages
o Excellent English is requested, both spoken and written.
Education
o Preferably a degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
