职位描述

Responsibilities——

· Understand and track market and technology trend, emerging standards, customer needs and competitions to generate and implement effective business development strategy for (EC) business. This includes targeting the right Vertical Markets and developing the right business model to develop these markets.

· Co-Work closely with EC Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to develop and align EC business plans and implement SBU strategies in MCN region. Communicate all observations timely with SBU to enable SBU make accurate business planning. Achieve sales targets and goals for (EC) business in MAT region. Responsible for selling (EC) solutions to Key Accounts. Co-work with Sales and Marketing to develop (EC) sales opportunities in targeted Vertical Markets and existing Key Accounts. Have a good understanding of Key Accounts organizational structure, business plan and long term strategies in order to provide them with added product value. Gain market share through this relationship.

· Target prospects, qualify viability of potential Key Account, deliver winning value propositions, and manage the entire sales cycle through to close, including participation in contract negotiations. Transition Sales into established Key Accounts to continue the long term Key Account management.

· Clearly identify and set product positioning, value propositions and pricing of EC solutions in MCN region. Profile future product needs within targeted Vertical Markets, feedback customer requirements to SBU, ensure products are fit for use in China region.

· Understand business application requirements for (EC) and industry specific solutions within targeted Vertical Markets. Participate in industry events (trade shows, professional organizations) to gain good understanding of the market trend and customer requirements. Build customer contacts through these platforms.

· Identify, develop and manage relationship with Key Players in targeted Vertical Markets, including Engineering Company, Consultants, End Users (e.g. 國家電網,鐵道部, etc), Technology partners (e.g. Intel, Microsoft, etc) and Standardization organizations. Create pull factors and identify customer opportunities through these opportunities.

· Continually monitor the competency level of channel partners and make timely recommendations to Sales to effect improvement for (EC) business.

· This job has no direct employee supervisory responsibilities


Desired Characteristics——

· 10 to 15 years of working experience in China

· Minimum 5 years working experience in (EC) industry.

· Minimum 3 years of Key Account sales or Business Development experience.

· Must be able to travel across China region.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Fluent in English. Bachelor's degree in the field of EC or equivalent combination of education and experience.
