职位描述
- Responsible for supplier quality performance of five manufacturing locations in Asia-Pacific
- Responsible for export quality of CN suppliers to worldwide locations
- Responsible for supplier quality improvements for all Asia-Pacific suppliers in Escalation
- Responsible for supplier quality improvement for Asia-Pacific suppliers coordinated bycentral purchasing
- Responsible for Supplier Development Activities for Asia-Pacific manufacturing locations & Asia-Pacific suppliers coordinated by central purchasing
- Responsible for ca. 45% ofworldwide inbound volume
- Target responsibility for over 40 PUQ engineers in Asia-Pacific locations
- Functional responsibility for over 30 associates in Incoming Inspection & Initial Sample Inspection
- Drive supplier quality improvements with global impact
- Ensure excellent quality from start of production
- Drive preventive quality management
- Develop and implement strategy for supplier quality and supplier development in Asia-Pacific
- Coordinate internally with Purchasing, Quality, Project Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing
- Coordinate externally with Suppliers
- Represent in internal management meetings with Automotive & Industrial Divisions
- Represent Asia-Pacific Business Unit in worldwide Supplier Quality Network
- Further Drive Process Excellence in Supplier Quality Area
Competencies and qualifications:
- Purchasing or quality experience and evidence for success
- Experience in lean manufacturing, lean quality, and lean logistics
- Leadership experience in an international environment, managerial skills
- English (Fluent in written and spoken), German and Chinese are an advantage
- Mature and strong personality
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible and open to adopt to Chinese & Asian environment
