岗位职责：

1. 协助做好投诉及危机事件预防工作；

2. 处理宝马汽车销售，售后用户投诉；

3. 收集以及记录好投诉以及相关产品信息，录入到相应的数据管理系统；

4. 收集客户使用信息，做好群体性用户投诉风险的预控；

5. 参与处理危机事件；

任职要求：

1. 中专及以上学历，了解汽车（机械）相关知识。

2. 熟悉客户售后服务、服务理论知识。1年以上客服经验或者汽车4S店售后、客服服务经验

3. 计算机使用熟练；

4. 优秀的团队合作意识；

5. 具有较强的沟通、协调能力；

6. 具有汽车行业从业背景且具备上述知识，可优先考虑。
