    Description
The position of customer quality engineer:
--Needs to manage quality issues with varies customers.
--Requires interaction with customers and internal quality/engineering resources to resolve quality related issues and follow up on corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
--Collects customer failure data and provide on-site support as needed.
--Handles IC device failure analysis process and writing the 8D report to customer.
--Manages responsiveness of customer qualification , FA , customer DPPM and other key customer metrics.
--Has good understanding of customers' production processes(such as SMT and PCBA level testing) and good communication skills with customer and internal resources.
--Participates periodic customer Quality Business Reviews and manage customer quality score card with key customers.

Qualification
--5+ years of semiconductor industry experience, preferred fields of IC quality engineering, process technology, product engineering or customer quality engineering or test engineering.
--Technically competent and familiar with IC packaging / assembly and testing engineering. Good common sense on board level SMT and testing process and wafer fabrication process will be a plus.
--Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Chinese and English.
--Organized and mature personal in dealing customer quality matters under pressure.
--Bachelor degree or above in E.E or material science or physics
