Missions:
? Build machine components of high quality based on mechanical drawings, routine and programs, etc.
? Operate manual welding machine to produce high quality component.
? Assure that the production methods are followed.
? Globally contribute to the good satisfaction of customers (External and Internal).
? Devise methods and means to improve cost and productivity of fabrication.
? Assure Product Quality.
? Assure Product on time delivery.
? Assure production safety.

Responsibilities:
? Study the mechanical aspects of the drawings and the process manuals to understand the type of fabrication methods.
? Analyze drawings and specification, to determine welding machine parameter, such as electrical voltage and current.
? Fit the parts together in weldments.
? Cut and bend of materials for fabrication.
? Identify the list of mechanical items, such as tools, jigs and fixtures that would be necessary for the manufacturing methods.
? Study and understand specific information relating to the mechanical aspects of the particular fabrication processes.
? Composite and weld together the various mechanical parts of the structure components in accordance with the drawings, process manuals and specific instructions.
? Ensure that each part is correct and according to specifications, if not, to discuss with welding team leader, method engineers and quality engineers to solve the quality problem and send it back to production if the fault is minor and can be corrected by rework.
? Assist and execute quality control report according to Sidel standard.
? Diagnose manufacturing problems, establish solutions and execute updates in accordance with engineering and methods.
? Maintain time and production operation information in SAP or other system as required.
? Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed.
? Contribute to continue improvement activity, such as 5S, Kaizen.
? Any other task assigned by management.

Education:
Technical school in Mechanical Engineering or related

Experience:
At least 5 years working experience in stainless steel mig welding

Competences / Specific knowledge:
Knowledge of the mechanical aspects of the machining and fabrication
Able to understand management policies and requirements
