position: junior designer / 初级设计师

to cope with our rapid expansion of business, we are looking for talented professionals to join our creative design team. we are looking for a senior designer and you will have the opportunity to work on various creative projects. you must have solid experience in various scale projects, such as shopping mall, corporate and hospitality projects. you should have a great eye for design, and the ability to generate new ideas and interpretations. you also should have excellent communication and project planning skills, being highly self-directed, able to multi-task; prioritize multiple projects/initiative in a deadline-driven environment and be fluent in English and Mandarin.

responsibilities 职责

• reports to the design director and/or managing director
• 汇报给设计总监／总经理
• generating design solutions, awareness and response to time planning for projects
• 总结设计方案，了解并负责项目时间
• follow up the whole process of projects from concept stage to completion
• 跟踪项目整个进程，从概念设计到结束
• liaise with clients, contractors and consultants and provides solutions to design problems, generated design plans
• 联系客户，施工方和顾问，为设计问题提供解决方案，总结设计计划
• responsible for selection and specification of all interior architectural materials and finishes, furniture, lighting and artwork
• 负责全部室内建筑材料、家具、灯光、艺术品的选择和规范
• conducts programming efforts such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, lighting and color coordination
• 完成项目效果，如空间规划、布局、家具及设备的使用、灯光和色彩的结合
• coordinates color and material palettes
• 协调颜色和材料的样板
• managed furniture and interior fittings packages
• 管理家具及室内配套机制
• assist with construction document preparation
• 协助完成施工准备文件的工作
• revise drawings and renderings
• 修改图纸和效果图
• conducts research for the project team
• 协助项目小组进行项目研究
• organized files, materials and displays
• 整理文件、材料和展示

requirements 需求

• diploma or Certificate Holder in interior design and related disciplines
• 室内设计或相关专业的学历证书
• 1-3 years experience in local building construction industry and interior design projects
• 1-3年建筑行业或室内设计项目经验
• solid knowledge in local regulations and procedures of building, planning and submissions
• 对建筑规划和审核了解
• practical experience in producing interior design details & construction drawings
• 对室内设计细节及施工图有实际经验
• proficiency in auto-cad, 3D max, photo shop and other graphic soft wares
• 熟练使用auto-cad, 3D max, photo shop等相关软件
• effective in team playing and interpersonal skills
• 能团队合作，能个人独立完成项目
• diligent and passionate at work, detail oriented and organized, independent, responsible and creative
• 工作专注且专业，重视细节，独立有责任心，有创意
• good spoken and written English skills will be an advantage
• 英文读写能力强者优先
• site management experience is a must
• 须有现场管理经验
• willing to travel
• 可出差
• available immediately or TBC, salary according to personal ability through interview
