1.辅助营运总监制定零售店铺销售目标及毛利目标，并实时监督店铺完成情况，监督各店店长对店铺的管理情况，培训店长

2.分析店铺现状，对不良店铺提出运营整改建议

3.监督各店铺每月的盘点进行，保证库存的真实有效性

4.完成店员的招聘及店长的面试

5.监督各店铺店长对员工的评定和培训

6。定期向区域经理或是营运总监提供店铺店长，及店员的晋升和考核

7.提升店铺店长和店员的服务技巧，已经销售技巧。

8.及时完成上级交付的其他工作

职位要求：

1.抗压能力强

2.工作积极，性格外向，有良好的沟通能力。

3.3-4年的服装零售经验

4.熟练使用office 办公软件
