职位描述
工作职责：
- 负责电镀车间的所有行政工作，包括内部办公用品和生产物料的申购收货。
- 负责生产产量统计及电镀车间的产品收货和发货的登记统计，并与工厂的定期核对。
- 负责与园区服务台的信息传递及处理。
- 负责与北京公司各部门的信息传递及沟通。
- 负责生产文件的编写及打印、发放和文件存档等工作。
- 负责后勤区域的日常5S 工作。
- 主管安排的其他工作
任职要求：
- 高中以上学历。
- 有1-3年工作经验，最好在企业办公室工作过。
- 能熟练的使用电脑，尤其是OFFCE软件的熟练使用。
- 工作踏实，责任心强，服从领导安排。
- 身体健康，无化学品过敏史，能适应临时加班。
- 英语优秀者优先考虑。
