职位描述
? Delivering against customers and MasterCard business objectives, opportunities, and commitments based on the company’s products and solutions strategies and goals.
? Managing close working relationships with customers’ executives and decision-making-level contacts in the product solutions and operations teams.
? Identify product and service improvement opportunities and provides consultative support.
? Be Responsible for training and supporting for MasterCard core releases’ operational enhancements to vendors and customers particularly in the areas of authorization, clearing and settlement
? Ensure that the customers’ are in compliance with Mastercard technology enhancements.
? Responsible for the implementation of process improvements and tool enhancements related to customer implementations.
? Review and optimize customer operational performance.
? Optimize working relationships with internal customers and support teams.
? Involve in the earliest stages of MasterCard product/service concepts to determine its feasibility, customize to specific market requirements, determine feasible implementation schedule and contribute to preparation of implementation documentation.
