Responsibility:

- Report to the CEO and Company Ownership, and advise them on any matters related to finance, accounting, taxation and company secretarial

- Provide various internal stakeholders with pro-active, efficient, timely and relevant financial reports that includes but not limited to variance analysis, costing analysis, forecasting & budgeting as well as KPI tracking on business performances

- Supervise the day-to-day accounting and finance operations and to maintain the general ledger including timely closing of the books every month

- Setting business targets & KPI for each financial year and various business projects

- Coach, motivate & lead a finance team to perform the assigned accounting & finance duties

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree holder, major in Finance, Accounting

- Over 10 years Finance related working experience, with more than 5 years leading experience

- CPA holder

- Familiar with banking operations, taxation environments in China, Hong Kong and US

- Be able to use Mandarin and English as working language

-Excellent interpersonal communication skills and open-minded management style
