职位描述
Job Purpose
Following the recent merger of AVEVA and the Software division of Schneider Software Division we are looking for an Administrator, Human Resource Services to effectively carry out day-to-day high quality, compliant, fit-for-purpose and consistent HR services.
This a new-hands on role serves as the point of contract providing support to employees for their questions, issues and problems resolution on centre-supported services such as benefits, payroll and HR policies and procedures, and to perform all HR related transactional activities.
Key Accountabilities
Responds to inquiries including but not limited to HR Policies and Procedures, payroll, benefits, employment terms & conditions, pension, HRIS, in compliance with internal policies /guidelines and state regulations.
Updates and documents summary of resolution to employees’ inquiries into HR Helpdesk
Ensures inquiries are resolved at first pass to enhance customer experience via HR Helpdesk, phone or emails. Escalates complex cases/issues to internal resources, including HR Services Specialist, COEs and HRBPs for further research and resolution.
Assists employees and managers navigate through HRIS, HR Helpdesk, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service and other systems.
Develops working knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures through reviewing of policies & and processing of data and responding to employees’ inquiries
Performs transactional activities under the HR Services as below but not limited to:
People Data Administration and Reporting
Administers and maintains job and personal information and leavers in HRIS
Processes new starters in HRIS
Handles absence and leave management, and changes of employment terms & conditions in HRIS
Administers activities for Performance Review, Objectives Setting, Succession Planning tool etc
Files personal records and documents
Issues employment contract/letter/agreement
Maintains updated JDs
Manages basic post-offer queries
Prepares or runs ad hoc and routine/scheduled reports
Payroll & Benefits
Prepares payroll and statutory/cyclical related activities ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Handles payroll & benefits, pension, insurances and health & wellbeing related queries
Rewards Services
Prepares bonus schemes, administer bonus portal, track and maintain bonus schemes to ensure they are duly signed and constantly updated.
Shares administration related activities
Administrative activities of Annual Salary Review process
Supports salary & benefits benchmarking requests from Managers/HRBPs using Comptryx or tools as defined by the Rewards COE
Global Mobility – manage and administer local visa applications
Maintains strong controls and ensuring GDPR is adhered to
Measures of Success

Positive achievements and improvements in KPIs/Objectives set for HR Services
Positive feedback on services provided to customers
Evidence of working flexibly and collaboratively with managers and colleagues
Evidence of using HRIS and other applications to provide a range of services
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs
Knowledge in labour laws, statutory requirements, payroll and benefits of countries under the scope
Experience in running payroll service and benefits administration across multiple countries
Good interpersonal skill and ability to communicate well both oral & written, in a diverse work environment
Problem solving skill
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience using HR Information system/Software and reporting application
Discipline and effective time management of organisation skill
Strong numeracy skill
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Min 5 years related experience in payroll, benefits, HR policies and processes, general Human Resources service in MNC
Good in both verbal and written English communication skills
