岗位职责

1、协助部门经理拟定重庆公司的人才招募计划，并组织实施；

2、负责重庆公司各项人事手续的办理，员工关系及考勤休假制度的监督和管理工作，并按规定时间上报北京公司；

3、负责重庆公司各项管理制度、业务流程及各项规章制度的监督执行；

4、根据公司的行政管理方案，以及重庆公司工厂的管理办法，监督和管理员工的日常考勤及行为规范，异常情况及时上报北京公司；

5、负责组织相关人员参加北京公司的各项会议，及会议决议的监督执行；

  6、负责行政物资（主要指办公用品、低值易耗品、及固定资产等）的日常管理与控制；

7、负责重庆公司的办公环境、办公用品、文件、档案、会务、对外行政关系的管理及安排工作；

  8、负责维护公司形象，以及日常接待工作，按照公司相关接待标准执行；

  9、上级领导交代其他事项。

  

  任职要求

  1、大专及以上学历，人力资源管理、企业管理等相关专业；

  2、行政人事专员/主管岗位2年以上工作经验，有过工厂管理工作经验的优先；

  3、原则性和执行力强，良好的组织协调能力；

  4、具备良好的沟通表达能力和公文写作能力。
