职位描述
1. Supervise the process of sales order taking, order revision and stock recovery and the system operations relevant to CS work.
2. Ensure the sales orders upload in system timely and correctly and communicate to relevant operations teams to next step (order selection, product loading and product delivery).
3. Ensure OS&D are handled in system in time.
4. Supervise the customer complaints and ensure our customers are satisfied with the solutions.
5. Well communicate with customers in daily operation and keep good relationship with them.
6. Send the product and promotion information to relevant operations teams and customers. § Liaise with relevant operations teams to meet customers’ special requests.
7. Deploy additional manpower by arranging weekend/holiday backup § Seek continuous process and quality improvements by streamlining work procedures and researching technological advancement § Support and participate in customers'project.
8. Build up the local customer services team and enhance performance through leading, motivating, coaching, training, sharing information and job enrichment. § Ensure supply together with local operation and inventory team.
9. Support Manager in local team management and report to the manager right away when any emergency occurs.
10. Keep sensitive feeling when receive customer complaints, anything will ensure supply, food safety, etc. Keep very good communication with her / his manager.
任职资格:
1. 本科以上学历
2. 3-4年客户服务或供应链相关工作经验
3. 性格开朗,具备优秀的对内对外沟通能力
4. 客户服务意识强,具备团队合作精神
5.有采购/计划等相关背景
