Job Duties:

- Responsible for assisting users in resolving IT issues as a first line support, answering queries concerning usage of standard applications and IT services and servicing request type calls

- Assist in new system or application implementations

- Configure new PCs and perform troubleshooting

- Provide IP Telephony and Audio Visual support

- Perform daily IT operations

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree holder or above in IT or other related disciplines

- At least one year of servicing end users experience

- Good knowledge of PC windows environment, standard MS applications (e.g. MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, Exchange) and Windows Servers

- Initiative, good team work and able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule

- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

- Good command of English is a must
