JOB SUMMARY

The Officer, Talent Acquisition & Engagement role will work with the hiring managers to identify, explore, and implement suitable resourcing channels, processes, and assessment for retail recruitment in mainland China.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Responsible for retail recruitment activities including full recruitment cycle process from job posting to offer stage and beyond

·         Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and understand selection criteria to source for right talents

·         Initiate and advise new ideas to build a talent pool for the retail industry

·         Work closely with recruitment agencies/RPO vendors to deliver recruitment strategies

·         Evaluate the application and effectiveness of the recruitment channel

·         Maintain an accurate and updated recruitment database and submit the related report and analysis on request

·         Keep updated on the talent market trend and insights

·         Partner with Talent Acquisition Supervisor regarding campus recruitment initiatives in mainland China

·         Other ad-hoc recruitment supporting duties or/ and HR projects as assigned

 

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

·         Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline

·         A minimum of three years’ relevant HR experience gained in a sizeable organization with proven experience in high volume recruitment

·         Ability to understand the business and its drivers for success

·         Detailed-minded, multi-tasked, independent, and well-organized, able to integrate into a work culture of speed and agility

·         Proactive with good interpersonal and communication skill

·         Proficient in MS Office and computerized office environment

·         Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
