Primary responsibilities
1. 对生产过程中设备的维修、维护与故障诊断提供技术支持
2. 指导设备操作者对设备进行正确地维护和保养
3. 对所有维修技术员提供技术培训及技术支持，提高技术员自我解决问题的能力
