岗位职责：

? Establish and maintain business relationship with existing and prospective customers with an aim to solicit deposits

? Develop, manage and monitor a portfolio of CMB clients by extending appropriate banking facilities including cross-selling of corporate and retail products, with the objective to maximize the Bank’s profitability & business growth, lower A/D ratio and ensure a quality credit portfolio

? Implement effective business strategies to develop business opportunities on both assets and off-balance sheet liabilities side

? Ensure that all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank

任职要求：

?Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate lending, trade finance

?Strong sales and customer service orientation with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure

?Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

?Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
