Bank account maintenance

Ensure the opening/closing bank accounts are in compliance with Group treasury policies.

Closely monitor the bank/cash balance to ensure the business operation without interruption.

Provide bank swift record for vendor payments.

Bank Receipts and payments

Coordinate Shanghai online bank payment transmission and as the first line reviewer.

Holding of the cash on hand.

Verify the authenticity of the accounting documents about band receipts and payments.

Keep the acceptance bills safety and effective.

Sap system bookkeeping

Complete voucher in Sap system on time.

Post CMB statements into Sap system and prepare the bank reconciliation at month-end.

Treasury Key reporting

Prepare the bank daily balance report for all legal entities in China.

Provide supporting documents for monthly cash flow reports and ensure cash balance and bank balance are correct.

Bank account authority and Control

Take cash counting regularly.

Check bank accounts authority and keep them correct.

Filing supporting documents for bank arrangement including opening/closing items.

Work with internal and external auditors processing audit work and relevant vouchers or documents
