Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for the order manage and execution of the project. Accurate P.O placed and tracking the P.O procedures. Products shipping preparing and documents transfer.

He/she is the main interface between the Customer and GE O&G HSR Plant with great visibility inside and outside the Company. He/she plays a proactive role in problems prevention during the Purchase Order placed and feedback the contract terms and condition reviewed by GE O&G local legal and financial. Meanwhile, He/she manage the P.O executive.
Among the above responsibilities, he/she will mainly focus on:
· Translating Customer needs/requirements shared with related Functions and driving internal execution to meet the targets.
· Developing enduring faithful Customer relationships
· Documents transfer between customer and GE O&G.

Qualifications Required:
· BS Engineering - Mechanical preferred
· Fluent spoken English & Mandarin
· Contractual Term and Conditions knowledge
· Available to travel at short notice
· Has Customer Centric behavior, is able to deal with complex Customers and meet specific requirements when needed.
· Has passion for the work "well done first time", intellectual rigor and professional discipline while running the Project.
· Has effective communication and presentation skills.
