Role Summary/Purpose

The IQS(Image Quality and Software) Engineering Manager position leads Image quality and software design for X-Ray detector/CT detector new product or feasibility study to meet customer requirements for product function, quality, cost, to ensure that system design is done on-time, to right quality and cost.

Essential Responsibilities

Duties include (but are not limited to): • Setting the strategy and direction for IQS team to support business growth and drive continuous improvement of systems, products and processes • Functional leadership of the IQS team, including recruitment, team/talent development, skill set improvement, and mentoring • Resource assignment and prioritization • Drive the best practice for Image quality and software design in new product and feasibility study • Instilling a rigorous approach to understand the customer, delivery the system roadmap, system architecture, system requirement and V&V for new products / feasibility study and existing products • Leading change through creative solutions to unstructured product and system design issues • Optimizing team’s participation in all phases of product development • Supporting existing products within Manufacturing, Sourcing, Service and Supplier Quality Engineering

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Master’s Degree in Engineering2. 5 years relevant work experience3. At least 3 years people leadership experience
