Assist the HASE China CDO to support and deliver data strategy initiatives in the bank

Work closely with all stakeholders of the bank (IT, Business, Functions) to align directive and deliverable

Understand business process and requirements to ensure deliverables could meet the scope

Facilitate to perform business analysis and be able to discover solutions

Ensure requirements coming from multiple areas are consolidated and aligned, while conflicts are resolved effectively.

Mobilize the CDO community for the implementation of project deliverables

Throughout the lifecycle of the project, the assistant project manager will also be responsible for the enforcement of data principles to the CDO community, thus promoting the driving the data culture

岗位要求：

Background / qualifications in business process re-engineering 

Minimum 3+ years in project management / business analysis / change management expertise

Excellent implementation, cooperation skills including strong financial management capability with tenacity to drive through results

Ability to maintain composure and deliver right outcomes under aggressive timeframe

Awareness on data management trends within the banking industry: BCBS 239, General data protection regulation, business analytics etc.

Strong presentation skills: facilitate steering committee and good stakeholders management, as the role will face across all different levels of management in the bank

Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills

Ability to interact and build relationship with all levels of internal and external stakeholders

University degree in related disciplines

High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers, thru data

Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes

1. 流利英语听说读写
2. 毕业于国内一本，或海外正规大学本科
3. 有海外留学经历者优先
4. 有银行或者金融软件公司工作经验者优先
5. 有项目经理相关资格证书(PMP/PRINCE 2/PMI-ACP)者优先
