Responsibilities:

  

• Coordinate Mercer public workshop programs to ensure smooth training implementation and high client satisfaction, including registration, pre survey, post evaluation and etc. Assist vendor management for logistics arrangement, trainer appraisal and management, and training materials improvement.

• Manage financial system and data, supervise payment and AR process, and provide monthly data statistics & sales reports.

• Answer client phone calls, emails and work to resolve client inquires in real time. Assist public workshop marketing and promotion activities, update client database.

• Assist consultant to operate e-Learning program. Support consultant on some part of projects if necessary.

        

Requirements:

  

• Bachelor degree

• 1-2 year full time experience as sales assistant or project coordinator is preferred

• Customer service mindset and quick learner

• Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral), interpersonal skills and troubleshooting/ problem solving skills

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task, time management and adherence to schedules, able to work under pressure

• Fluent in English and Mandarin

• Strong working knowledge Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PPT
