工作职责:

- Manage all event activities, in terms of develop, communicate and align supply plan with all related purchasing categories and logistics team

- The final supply plan must balance with demand plan; and contingency plan (risk management) should also be developed and aligned with cross functional teams

- Lead the team to play a key role between Marketing, Demand Planning (also under Sourcing Planning), Purchasing & Logistics functions, to achieve the business target and drive continuous improvement by implementing supply chain best practices

- Supply Planning

Based on given demand forecast, work closely with Purchasing dept. all related categories buyers to secure supply capacity

Develop in-depth understanding on SKU/supplier, such as seasonality, monthly capacity, etc

Work closely with key vendors on Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) execution, proactively identify supply bottleneck and solve problems

Develop and align with cross-functional teams on event back-up plan and execution

- Inventory Planning

Based on given demand forecast, work closely with Logistics dept. to align stock preparation plan

Work closely with Logistics team on inventory target level setting, lead time/MOQ setting

- Monitor all supply & inventory related KPIs and drive for cross-functional improvement

任职资格:

- Bachelor degree or above, in SCM, logistics, engineering, or other related disciplines

- Minimum 8 years in SCM, and/or planning & inventory management experience in FMCG industry, ideally with some production planning background

-Great logical thinking and project management skills; Willing to manage details and data, lead action plans to solve identified issues

-Excellent communication skills to solve cross-functional matters

- Familiar with MS Office (ideally incl. MS Access) and ERP system (ideally with JD Edwards)

-Good English in Listening/Writing/Speaking.
