Key Responsibilities:

Engagement and Interaction

• Work with subject matter experts to facilitate local school configuration
• Become subject matter expert in Salesforce infrastructure/Network integrations and provide hands on infrastructure support
• Coordinate the work of local project teams//leads during all stages of the CRM projects
• Consults with customers on all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based systems software; resolves advanced complex, less defined issues
• Proactively communicate with Global central office and project lead with project status, risk mitigation plan, and innovative project recommendations
  

Functional Expertise

• Analyse and understand school requirements
• Provides advanced technical support to internal and external customers; installs, configures, troubleshoots, monitors, and maintains customers' desktop software and hardware; supports mobile workforce
• Provide hand on configuration on schools’ network and infrastructure, such as firewall
• Evaluates, maintains, modifies and documents desktop application packages; participates in the testing and evaluation of new desktop packages, implements prototypes, and consults with customers on selection of software applications

Operational Expertise

• Manages hardware inventory
• Creates and implements software distribution methods and standards
• Work with other IT Support teams, both internal and external
• Providing on-site support during business hours at schools
• Train users on the new application. including additions and enhancements as and when required both face to face and using various online conference tools

Professional and Personal Development

• Keeping up to date of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
• Review, contribute, and monitor the applications of IT General Controls and SLAs

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Very strong understanding of IT limitations in China (Infrastructure and Network)
• Must have 10 + years with design of IT infrastructure
• Must have 15 + years in software and hardware installations
• Experience in IT management with emphasis on infrastructure and network
• Working knowledge of most Microsoft based platforms including Windows based operating systems
• Working knowledge of IT procedure and software installations
• Have a good understanding of the workflows between the various departments and functions
• Posses an analytical and logical approach to tasks
• Understand a wide variety of business applications
• Possess hands-on software and hardware installations
• Strong organization, project planning and time management skills
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical people
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant Applications management/development training
• PRINCE/AGLIE Certification
• Experience in cloud application & database management
• Experience in business IT audits and general controls
