岗位职责：
1、负责项目装修工程图纸审核，工程预（概）算、工程项目招投标、工程材料选购、工程进度管理、
工程质量监督与验收、工程竣工结算、设备选型与安装结算；
2、负责谈判项目的工程技术资质审定、技术方案和造价审核；
3、管控施工的进度、质量、成本、安全；
4、对工程项目进行整体规划和具体进度、质量、安全等各方面把关，并提供工作指导，技术劫持；
5、定期检查，汇报工程进度计划的执行情况 ；
6、领导交办的其他事项；

岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，机电、环保、热力、空调、自动化相关专业，有一级建造师优先考虑；
2、从事建筑装饰行业工程管理10年以上经验，熟悉机电安装的规范；
3、熟悉各项施工规范，具有较强的计划实施能力和组织协调沟通能力，有较强的责任心、团队协作精神和领导能力。
