职位描述
1. Establish and maintain good relationship with decision makers and key personnel at the customer.
2. Understand customer needs, customer and market insights to formulate Business Plan with the customer.
3. Get information from customer and monitor with Areas to improve service level and promotion execution for customer.
4. Collect and analysis the market information, including defining the market orientation, potential customer, advantages and disadvantages of the product.
5. Establish and maintain sales system, be responsible to establish company sales development plan, channel development and maintain plan.
6. Evaluate each opportunity, prioritize and determine the technical, commercial approach.
7. Partners with processors to present promising project opportunities to YUM!.
8. Seek for business opportunities in China to support the profitability growth of the Kerry China
9. Support the quarterly forecasting processes through proactive cooperation with the commercial team in China
10. Builds relationships with customers at all levels
11. Customer focused, exercises sound judgment and bases decisions on facts rather than emotions
12. Adds value to Kerry and its customers by understanding EUMs and leveraging customer strategic objectives, market positioning and brand equity.
13. Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor
任职要求:
1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. More than 10 years relative working experience
3. Able to leverage knowledge of the full range of technologies and products linked to customer/marketplace objectives that will grow the business organically
4. Familiar with commercial methodology and tools
5. FMCG industry working experience is a must, experience in ingredients and flavors is a plus
6. Good knowledge in Retail structure and development/ FMCG industry/ Consumer and Shopper needs.
7. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
8. Sources innovation opportunities from customer, supplier base, process manufacturing, technology push, consumer and marketplace trends/insights
9. Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of end use applications for applicable market, customer, or brand and ability to apply that knowledge to generate sustainable sales growth
10. Displays strong project management skills and knowledge of sales techniques (account planning, effective questioning techniques, negotiating, closing the sale, presenting price increases, etc)
11. Demonstrates effective communication and listening skills, with ability to translate key messages across all levels within the organization.
