Job Purpose Statement

Key Purpose of the Job:

1.Keep the retail operation standard in the high level that can help to meet or exceed revenue & profit targets;

2.Build a professional retail operation team for brand expansion

3、Control monthly store expenses to achieve 4-wall contribution request.

Principal Accountabilities

Key Area of Responsibility:

A、 Retail Sales Target Achievement:

1. Achieve the annual targets in retail sales revenue;

2. Control the retail store expenses ;

B、Retail Management :

1. Manage the daily retail operation for all the appointed retail stores;

2. Recruit, manage and lead retail staffs base on the company policy.

3. Coach, train and develop the sales staffs overall retail operation technique and knowledge together with training team;

C、Inventory Management :

1. Work closely with PSA to control the stock of each POS to a reasonable level and optimize the inventory turnover

2. Understand PSA's regular inventory and retail sales analysis and take efficient action;

D、Business relationship development :

1、Visit department store's key person frequently; Set up a good relationship with landlord to solve daily operation cases self.

2、Self-negotiate with department store about promotion to reduce the rental

3、Review business with key department store ;

4、Keep searching for new potential store ;

Major Challenge:

1. Collaborative relationships with the internal function departments.

2. Keep good relationship with department store.

3. Data analysis skills

4. Word and Excel skills

Qualification & Experience Needed

Minimum Relevant Experience: 5 year(s)

Minimum Supervisory Experience: New store development skills and solid store operation management skills, team work and leadership

Minimum Academic Requirement: College

External Communication Required: Yes

Party of Internal Communication & Degree of Difficulty: Sales, product and marketing departments

Difficulty arises from good interpersonal communications skills.

Required Written Language:

1: English Fluency: Yes

2: Chinese Fluency: General

Required Oral Language:

1: English Fluency: Yes

2: Mandarin Fluency: General

Required Competencies: MS Office
