• PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVES工作重点:

  1. Achieve sales, traffic and sell-thru target in EC channel. 达到全年的销售，流量增长,Sell-thru指标。

  2. Make online marketing calendar, pictures and contents management, Visual approved in online stores.制定Online Marketing Calendar，图片及内容素材管理，店铺视觉审核。

  3. Evaluate the performance of key metrics like sell-thru, enhance sell-thru through KOL,MCN,Video, Live-streaming etc. 监控商品Sell-thru, 通过KOL,MCN，视频，直播等方式提升商品sell-thru

  4. Ritht content and strategy of communication with customer with each platform. 针对不同平台的特性制定对的内容及对的与消费者沟通方式。

• Business Analysis & Reporting数据分析及报告:

  1. Analysis of traffic growth, traffic structure,traffic conversion rate etc after each promotions, then make a action plan for next event.平台活动后Review流量结构，增长，流量转化率等，并提出改进意见。

  2. Making activities review report,e.g Yo’hood, 874 campaign. 制定Events的Review reprot,例如Yo’hood,874 campaign。

• Online Marketing operation:

  1. Control shooting process and enhance budget managent,; 制定拍摄流程管理，保证拍摄质量及效率并控制拍摄成本符合预算。

  2. Make diversified content in each platform with TP, improve interact in Weitao and Discovery.通过周计划管理TP在各平台的内容发布，保证微淘，发现等内容的互动数。

  3. Responsible for keeping track and updating traffic situation ,through activities in platform, story telling in stores, coorperate with other brand,industry to reach traffic and sales target.通过平台活动，店铺活动，跨品牌及行业的合作确保达到EC全渠道年度流量指标并最终达成销售目标。

  4. Keep learning and trying new function and new trendy and make new opportunity for brand. 学习及分析平台新功能，新趋势并光尝试符合品牌的新机会。

Required Experience & Skills

Education: University Degree level 教育：大学专科或本科学历

· At least1- 2 years working experience in B2C E-commerce company or agency in China (Retail or fashion experience is preferred) 至少1-3年品牌电子商务或运营公司工作经验。（零售及服装行业***）

· Strong background in Tmall,JD rules is preferred 熟悉Tmall, JD等平台运营规则。

· Good communication skills bilingually in both written and oral 良好的书写及口头沟通技巧。

· Excellent Team-player 具有良好的团队协作精神。

· Fast learner 学习能力强。

· Strong drive & motivation to succeed 工作积极性高及很强的工作目的性。

· Details and result oriented 注重细节并以结果为导向。

· Fluency in Microsoft excel & power point is a must 熟练使用Microsoft软件。例如：Excel, Word,Power point。

· Good resource in digital marketing 良好的新媒体资源。
