1. Formulate the annual digital media strategy plan in line with marketing plan & promotion plan.Set up the measureable KPI and right benchmark for each digital campaign, e.g. Effective reach, clicks, etc.Monitor word of mouth of brand and key competitors in social environment.
2. Plan and implement strategies of social media and owned content.
3. Leverage Weibo, WeChat, Baidutieba, Content Marketing, and other emerging social media channels, to spread the brand's message to its targeted customers. Identify and recommend the most relevant influencers for collaboration or creation of content.
4. -Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs).
5. -Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
6. -Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Requirements:
？ Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Commerce, Marketing, Mass Communications, or any other relevant fields.
？ At least 7 years working experience in a relevant position.
？ The candidate must have strong knowledge on Chinese social networks, digital media, SEO and SEM as well as analysis, coordination, creativity and branding skills.
？ Excellent command of both verbal and written English Language and Mandarin.
？ Professional, proactive attitude and pleasant personality.
？ Possesses strong drive to succeed with determination and initiative to achieve excellent results in a challenging but rewarding environment.
