Job Position:Group Tax Manager

Reporting Line: CFO

Major Responsibility:

1) Review the group’s current tax practice and develop the group’s tax strategy and policy to optimize the tax amount the group pays, ensuring it complies with the local and international tax laws and regulations;

2) With the aim to minimize group tax risk and exposure, evaluate business activity, policy, practice, business transaction and investment project, identify the potential tax risk, and propose solution;

3) Perform tax planning, direct tax related activities to meet with the group tax strategy and objectives;

4) Optimize the existing transfer price scheme;

5) Ensure that all tax return, tax declaration, and other required report are submitted accurately and timely;

6) Manage the relationship with external tax consultant and advisor to ensure satisfactory services are provided, and the best practices and latest tax regulations are updated;

7) Advise management on tax matters and on potential impact of current and future laws and regulation on the group’s operations;

8) Working closely with subs Finance Manager and provide valuable consultancy on tax issues;

Education:

Bachelor degree holder with major in Finance related field;

Job Experience:

1) 5 years experience in finance function(Big 4 or Large National CPA Firms);

2) Minimum 3 years experience focusing on tax function;

3)Less experience can be considered as senior tax officer.

Skills:

1) High proficiency in English;

2) Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skill

Specific Knowledge:

1) Familiar with tax laws and regulations in China

2) Strong logic-thinking, analyzing, and reporting writing skill and structured and targeted ways of working
