Overall Responsibility/工作概述:

To seek out new business opportunities ensuring RXGC can meet its strategic plan growth targets. Developing and maintaining strong and productive relationships with provincial governments, associations and local promoters and constantly seeking to maintain or create new sources of funding and new projects.

Scope of Responsibility/工作职责:

1. Manage all commercial aspects of business development, including and not limited to new launches, acquisition, repositioning of existing portfolio.

2. Identify and execute opportunities to develop new exhibition & conference business.

3. Drive internal and external research efforts to support the business development process

4. Initiate & develop new internal and external business relationships to support the business strategy

5. Manage the business development processes, including the proposal writing and follow-up

6. Track progress of business projects and drive it as necessary

7. Key person to coordinate the business strategic plans, global business and marketing initiatives and various business reports

Qualifications/任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree in related field from a recognized and established college or university with 5 - 7 years’ related experience in similar position;

2. A proven track record of developing, proposing and implementing revenue generating business projects

3. Has strong commercial and business acumen

4. Strategic minded and yet hands-on person

5. Creative problem solver, seeking new or different ideas

6. Energetic and active mind, strong inquisitiveness and curiosity

7. Proactive and self-starter

8. Experience in building and managing long-term relationships with business partners, government agencies and clients.

9. Ability to research and gather information from various sources

10. Ability to synthesize / analyze data and translate into business insights

11. Excellent oral/written communication skills. Able to work well with all levels of company management and partners.

12. Demonstrated expertise in areas like sales, marketing, customer service and research
