In this position you will be required to:

1. Identify opportunities to up sell supply chain solutions and contribute to pre-sales processes and/or successes to ensure growth within the assigned portfolio. 2. Personalize the recommended solution ensuring alignment to key client priorities and Dimension Data business objectives. 3. Contribute to the pre-sales process by working with Solutions Architects to create the best solution design for the client and develop procedures and systems for commercial supply chain projects ensuring commercial readiness. 4. Drive the resolution of escalated problems. 5. Ensure service excellence by demonstrating strong leadership qualities that support a strategic development approach to client engagement and operational delivery. 6. Identify risks to supply chain delivery and drive the implementation of appropriate solutions. 7. Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless supply chain delivery. 8. Conduct research to remain abreast of developments in the supply chain field and contribute to the development of innovative concepts.
