工作职责：

1． 独立完成各类房地产研究和咨询工作；

2． 完成与各项政策法规规定及房地产估价有关的专题研究分析工作；

3． 协同参与公司重大、综合项目；

4． 协助维护良好的客户关系；

5． 负责对公司各类项目相关信息的保密工作；

6． 协助部门日常管理及处理相关临时性事务。

任职条件：

1． 房地产或经济类相关专业本科及以上学历，两年以上相关工作经验；

2． 持有房地产（土地）估价师或咨询（投资）工程师二项执业资格优先；

3． 对房地产行业有研究深度、能独立地开展课题研究、复杂的咨询报告；

4． 掌握法规库政策，熟悉房地产各用途的环线价格，对各类土地、房屋市场的分析能体现高度、多角度、逻辑性强的特点；

5． 具有较强的分析、解决问题能力，思路清晰，考虑问题细致；

6． 具有较好的市场意识，能敏锐地把握房地产相关市场动态；熟练的中文写作能力；较强的市场调研、资料搜集和分析能力。
