1.协助高级董事开拓及维护大客户；

2.协助高级董事了解市场最新情况，市场动态分析；

3.大客户关系的建立及定期维护跟进需求；

4.负责电话跟进协调公司项目客户及公司新客户项目的拓展与开发。

岗位要求：

1.本科及以上学历，两年以上BD或市场工作经验；

2.在房地产、建筑咨询、建筑设计相关行业工作经验优先考虑；

3.工作认真负责勤奋；

4.有一定抗压性，善于与人沟通。
