1.根据客户要求完成相关办公室租赁服务；

2.根据客户内部系统完成线上数据汇报分析；

3.协助客服团队日常运营及开展新业务；

4.协调客户需求及时处理问题并反馈总结。

岗位要求：

1.大专学历及以上，2年以上房地产或客服经验；

2.具有一定的管理团队经验，能够独立处理团队日常运营工作；

3.良好的数据分析能力及相关的工作经验；

4.熟练操作office软件及PPT制作；

5.一定抗压性，责任心强，良好的沟通能力及团队合作能力
