2、3年以上工作经验

胜任力要求：

1、具有制冷机械原理知识

2、具备多项目工作协调能力

3、自主解决问题的能力

4、制冷系统集成组装经验

5、能看懂制冷系统图纸

6、能够有效管理时间

职位职责：

1、准备原料和后续预组装

2、能够多项目同时进行时，正确理解工作任务

3、对完成后的制冷系统进行测试

4、遵守公司内部法规和相关安全健康要求
