Ford China is looking to expand its Studio Engineering Team, offering multiple opportunities at their Shanghai Design Studio.
 
Applying your extensive Automotive Body & Trim experience you will:

• Be part of a small expert team driving the feasibility of clay and CAD models.
• Generate concept sections and 3D CAD studies.
• Lead regular reviews with regional engineering and attribute teams to identify creative solutions to deliver Design intent studio surfaces.

Position Requirements:

• Qualifications Required:  Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Strong CAD experience essential (Catia V5)
• A sound knowledge of feasibility, packaging and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work through feasibility issues, and help drive resolution that can deliver design intent within the feasibility constraints.
• An understanding of studio, design & engineering processes.
• TCE, MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint proficient)
• Proactive and positive approach.
