职位描述

1. Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable

2. Develop and implement short- and long-term technical sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories

3. Monitor the team's key performance indiciator achievements. Conduct regular reviews to provide feedback on achievements, performance gaps and requirements for improvement

4. Manage and monitor progress of sales activities for assigned businesses/territories. Identify and implement customized solutions based on changing markets and trends

5. Monitor costs and provide inputs on proper pricing, discounts and contract terms to achieve targeted margins. Assist in negotiations and deal closing

6. Identify product gaps and improvement opportunities based on lost sales data, customer feedback, etc

7. Manage reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts. Propose areas for customer base expansion based on market knowledge

8. Manage continuous improvement on sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc., to improve sales targets

9. Manage customer issue resolutions and recommend preventive actions to minimize future incidents

10. Develop and build relationships with customers to achieve business objectives

11. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to better understand client requirements and to leverage cross-product/industry business opportunities


职位要求:

1. Manage and oversee team’s delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set

2. Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Technical Product Sales and DKSH behavior to achieve team/function goals

3. Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Technical Product Sales and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning

4. Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers

5. Demonstrate sound knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products/services/systems and an existing network of contacts

6. Demonstrate sound knowledge of regulatory requirements of products within assigned territories, including handling procedures, shelf life, storage, etc.

7. Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills

8. Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills

9. Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

10. Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken

11. Degree or professional qualification in food or chemical background

12. Minimum five to eight years’ experience in a similar role

13. Minimum two to three years’ experience in a managerial capacity
