Job Description

Job Summary:

Fully support the achievement of Quality Improve Target and manage special projects.
Lead the quality improve group and be responsible for product quality improvement .

Job Responsibilities in details:

- Supervise the product quality group for hydraulic products
- Develop product quality together with Manufacturing Department and other related ？
？ departments(LOG/ENG/PUQ/SVC etc.)
- Plan, carry out and manage the overall quality tasks of product quality Team
- Lead and coordinate customer claim related topics
- Work together with quality Department of Lead plant in Germany for quality communication and improvement.
- manage and deal with serious quality problems
- Support quality table meeting of SVC for customer claims
- Organize Q-Gemba meeting for customer claim and follow up
- Prepare material for and join quality related meetings such as quality Assurance Seminar etc.
- Responsible the quality task force to impove the key customer/products quality.
- Responsible for the Quality projects coordination inside/outside of PkP.
- Assume the other quality work which the HoD assigned.

Qualifications

-University degree in mechanical engineering or related
-Minimum 5 years work experience in quality management, preferably automotive industry
-Knowledge of 8D, FMEA, root cause and risk analysis, ISO9001, SPC，etc.
-Professional experience with mechanical engineering products, preferably hydraulic products
-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
-High level of spoken and written English, German desirable
