The Role Responsibilities

  • Handle complex and ad-hoc assignment and ensuring the operational integrity of assigned tasks
  • Project support on new system migration
  • Able to running medium and large complex operations for a significant period and delivering beyond business expectations under minimum supervision
  • Have knowledge of banking app ID administration operations

Activity as following, not limit to:

  • Amendment/creation limit in banking system
  • User ID creation/amendment/deletion in the relative system
  • Reset password/unlock user ID
  • Privilege ID release/retrieve/ record
  • Maintain user profile and security matrix updated
  • Filing above activities and business request analysis
  • Regularly update/review DOI
  • Risk control
  • Monthly reconciliation for user profile in request management system and native systems
  • Monthly system audit trail checking to avoid operational risk and financial loss
  • Bring about good methods to optimize process and enhancement for each business operation scope
  • Excellent communication skill to deal with stakeholders engagements
  • Contributes to the evaluation of cyber security, risk and compliance technologies and processes
  • Conducts cyber security awareness programs
  • Conducts training programs for specific technologies and processes
  • Contributes to the development of security policies, frameworks, standards, controls, procedures and guidelines
  • Contribute to team’s automation/enhancement projects and drive projects to completion


Our Ideal Candidate

  • Achieve 99.98% accuracy target and to ensure BAU completion within turnaround time
  • Comply with BAU DOI process and operate based on user manual
  • No backlog and No business complaint
  • Meeting productivity standards in terms of processing efficiency and accuracy of output
  • Meeting own performance objectives and contribute in achieving the team’s objectives
  • Compliance with bank and regulatory requirements
  • Good English ability in oral and written aspects
  • Can work under great pressure when confronted with heavy BAU or tough challenge
  • Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing the organisation’s goal. Exudes confidence and will roll-up his/her sleeves to drive success
  • Able to demonstrate sound technical skills and basic understanding in access management across platforms/Applications and PID
  • Basic understanding of Information Security principles, regulatory compliance, IT security, IT risk and controls will be preferable
  • Prior experience in running Proof Of Concept testing
  • Ability to define and design meaningful security reports from data caught within SIEM tools
  • Basic understanding of NIDS as well as APT and DDoS detection and mitigation technologies
  • Knowledge of Unix and Windows OS and scripting languages
  • Able to perform complex data manipulations and analysis in either MS Excel or MS Access
