Senior Information Security Manager 高级信息安全经理 (CHI-380)

英国文化协会在招聘一位高级信息安全经理。该职位可以在北京或者上海办公室任职。

Job Responsibilities

The British Council China is looking to hire a Senior Information Security manager. You can base in either in Beijing or Shanghai office.

Main accountabilities:

1. Overall manage the information security strategy, policy and project together with IGRM (Global Information Governance and Risk Management department) for China Exams operations

2. Lead on the information security projects for improving Exams IT Service nationally, e.g. develop security framework for development projects, hardening existing systems.

3. Lead on the engagement with technical partners and business partners

4. Provide professional consultancy to projects or operations in order to improve the information management in exams operations.

5. Lead on the technical investigation, incident management, communication and analysis on information security risk or issues.

6. To establish an effective information security system to conduct timely inspection, evaluation, audit, improvement, monitoring and feedback;

7. Lead on the development of information security solutions for business changes

8. Be the critical IS contract point with Global IT teams and Exams Change projects

岗位职责如下：

1. 和IGRM(全球信息管理&风险评估管理部门)一起管理考试部信息安全战略政策的制定以及信息安全相关项目的管理。

2. 设计并建立全国的安全事件管理框架从而优化IT服务。

3. 执行定期的对考试系统和IT设备的漏洞扫描，伴随开发和变更周期执行黑盒白盒测试和渗透测试，分析，报告给相关负责人并提供相关解读咨询

4. 建立有效的信息安全系统并实施实时监控，分析，审核，优化，监管以及反馈

5. 伴随业务需求以及增长，负责长线信息安全解决方案的研究发展

Job Requirements

To be qualified for the role, you will need to have:

1. Minimum 5-year full-time IS related work experience

2. Familiar with common web vulnerabilities and OWASP Top10 to understand principles, evaluate test methods and solutions

3. familiar with the overall information security system architecture, understand the domestic and foreign information security related laws, policies and standards,

4. with risk assessment, grade protection, security system planning, security integration and other implementation experience and project management experience;

5. Able to implement/configure/maintain mainstream information security products and technologies, including: PKI/CA identity authentication, firewall, VPN, IPS, IDS, Gateway, vulnerability scanning, Fortress machine, security audit, terminal security management, etc.

岗位要求

1. 本科以上学历，5年以上信息安全相关工作经验，英文听说读写熟练

2. 持有ISO27001证书， 持有CISP或者CISM证书

3. 了解OWASP TOP 10常见漏洞的原理分析、利用方式及修复方法

4. 有风险评估，系统安全规划。安全整合以及其他相关信息安全项目管理经验

5. 熟悉主流网络安全产品和信息安全产品，如防火墙、防水墙、VPN,IPS,IDS,Gateway, 防病毒等，对渗透测试、风险管理、安全评估有理论基础和实践经验；

6. CISSP优先
