职位描述

Key Role Accountabilities

1. Design the strategies for paid search, paid social, display and retargeting campaigns

进行关键字搜索,付费社交,展示类广告和重定向广告的策略规划  

2. Analyze and report on a regular basis on campaign performance and digital products performance, optimize related conversion rate

定期分析广告投放效果和数字产品运营效果,优化相关转化率

3. Work alongside product manager and web developers to optimize existing digital products(tracking method, website, APP and minisite)

与产品经理和Web开发人员一起优化现有数字产品(广告监测,网站&APP&minisite运作)

4. Work with marketing teams to create synergies and drive traffic to owned channels

与营销团队合作,创造协同效应为自有渠道增加流量  

    

Requirement

1. Good understanding of cross-channel and cross-platform campaigns

熟悉跨渠道和跨平台的数字营销活动

2. Proven experience with managing paid acquisition channels

丰富的优化管理付费获客渠道的经验

3. Capable in analyzing performance and making recommendations to improve ROI

能够基于数字营销效果的分析提出效果优化的建议

4. Strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Analytics)

强大的数字分析能力(ExcelGoogle Analytics

5. Capable of communicating marketing activity with senior stakeholders

能够与利益相关者沟通营销活动

6. Native Chinese speaker with strong command of English. Spoken English is a must

具有较强的英语读写说能力

7. Thorough understanding of Chinese online and social media landscape

全面了解中国的数字化媒体格局

8. Bachelor degree or above, 3+ working experience in digital marketing area, 4A working experience is a strong plus

本科学历以上,3年以上数字营销领域的工作经验,有4A公司工作经验的优先

9. Solid knowledge of database communication is a strong plus
