职位描述

TITLE: Associate Director,OEM Sales

REPORTING TO: Vice President

LOCATION: Beijing, China

I. Purpose of Position

Be responsible for develop and implement OEM business strategy. To enhance the GVR brands competitiveness and increase market share in OEM Channel, balance the competitive relationship between GVR and partners.

II. Key Responsibilities

1. Developing and optimizing the OEM business strategy according to the overall strategy.

2. Leading and developing business model with the business department, as well as the channel and price policy.

3. Establishing the strategies for OEM products, according to strategies and customer needs, coordinating the resources of each BU to introduce new competitive products and solutions, and improving the brand competitiveness.

4. Being in charge of the maintenance and management for key OEM partners, considering the inputs from customers in all aspects including cooperation, services, product quality and performances. Coordinating and organizing the internal affairs within the company.

5. Developing OEM business distribution policy, managing distributors according to the company guidelines, and establishing a complete OEM distribution network.

6. Creating annual OEM business marketing plan, dividing the sales targets and coordinating relevant departments in accomplishing the goal.

7. Understanding the dynamics of the market and customer timely, achieving the sales goal through monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

8. Negotiating for and signing the annual OEM sales agreement, focusing on the price, payment, security, quality, service and supply.

9. Cooperating with the finance department for the payment and the credit management of the OEM customers.

10. Collaborating with the operation and finance department for the sales forecast and coordinating the supply.

11. Collaborating with the technical support department in improving the service timeliness to meet service requirements from customers.

12. Collaborating with the QC department in solving the potential product quality issues timely.

13. Establishing and perfecting the OEM team, improving the sales and service aptitude of the staff, clarifying the responsibilities of each post.

III. Relationships

1. This position will be an individual contributor.

2. This position will be interacting with external distributors and OEM partners as required.

3. This position will be interacting with internal team, both global and local engineering, local technical & service support, quality, operation and finance functions.

V. Background and Skill

1. Bachelor degree or above in information or electronic engineering background.

2. 10 years of senior experience on the commercial side in product marketing, KAM & sales industry, preferably with product planning and global cooperation background.

3. Strong communication skills, problem analysis and problem solving skills.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership for cross-department coordination.

5. Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
